Banca Transilvania will carry out maintenance works on its IT systems that will generate intermittents in the operation of the BT24 Internet Banking &Mobile Banking systems, the BT Pay, BT Ultra and Cards application between June 29, 2018 (from 22:00) to July 1, 2018 (until 7:00), as follows: 

BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, the BTpay application and BT Ultra will operate intermittently:

• Friday, June 29, between 22:00 - 22.30
• Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1, between 22:00 and 00:10
• Sunday 1 July between 6.00 and 7.00

Cards

• will work with intermittent:

           - Saturday, June 30: for 10 minutes, after 23:00

           - Sunday, July 1: for 10 minutes, before 6:00 a.m.

• will operate based on the balances imported before the shutdown of the systems:

           - for 2 hours during the interval between Saturday 30 June, 23.30 and Sunday 1 July, 7:00

Banca Transilvania's recommendations for its clients are as follows:

• ensuring a cash reserve for the mentioned time intervals
• making payments through BT24 outside the mentioned time interval
• repeated attempt to make card payments or online, if they are necessary in the specified intervals
