PFAs can open a remote account with BT

Banca Transilvania supports PFAs (Authorized Natural Persons) for whom this period is a challenge. BT's individual customers can open a PFA account remotely, without having to make a trip to the bank.

 

With this account, PFAs can benefit from technical unemployment benefit, with state funding.

 

The steps are as follows:

  • The PFA must already have a personal account with Banca Transilvania;
  • Call 0264 30 80 00;
  • Receive an SMS with a link to the BT Visual Help application;
  • Select, in BT Visual Help: Natural person, and from the main menu choose the option to open a PFA account;
  • BT will contact the customer within 24 hours to finalize the account opening;
  • Receive a link by email, valid for 72 hours, where a series of scanned documents must be uploaded. The original documents must be submitted at any of Banca Transilvania's offices within 30 days from the end of the emergency.

 

Documents required to open the account: 

For family businesses, individuals and PFAs:

  • Certificate of registration at the Trade Register Office;
  • Decision/Resolution of registration at the Trade Register Office;
  • Identification document of the authorised natural person/member of the sole proprietorship/member of the family business;
  • Operating authorization/certificate issued by ORC under Law no. 359/2004, attesting to the submission of the affidavit that the operating conditions are met;
  • Electronic extract from the ONRC or the ORC certificate or other legal register issued no later than 30 days before the documents for opening the account are submitted to the bank;
  • Registration in another legal advertising register, if applicable.

 

For individual law firms and/or associations of lawyers, executors, insolvency practitioners, civil and professional companies, medical practices, pharmacists

  • Statutes, Articles of Association or other documents relating to the form of organization according to the specific laws of organization and functioning;
  • Proof of registration in specific registers (e.g.: for pharmacists the certificate of membership of the Romanian College of Pharmacists);
  • Tax registration certificate;
  • Identity papers of persons entitled to representation.
