More than 3 million people informed themselves on Intreb BT in 2020, +54% compared to 2019

In 2020, Intreb BT was one of the most accessed communication channels of Banca Transilvania, with a record number of visitors, over 3 million, +54% compared to 2019. The platform was highly accessed even during the emergency period, when it had over 1 million visitors.

With over 1,600 questions and answers about banking, Intreb BT is for people who want to know as much as possible about the bank's products and services, but also how to proceed in relation to the bank in different contexts.

BT Ask, in 2020:

• More than 8,200 visitors logged onto the platform every day.
• The trends noticed by the bank since 2018 continued on the platform: more and more people access Intreb BT from their phone (76%), and most visitors are between 25 and 34 years old (33%).
• The platform has recorded the highest number of visitors seen year on year, over 3 million.
• More than 8 million visits were made, most of them in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi and Brasov.
• Visitors were most interested in information about cards, current accounts, BT Pay, BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, and loans.
• During the state of emergency, Intreb BT was accessed by 1 million visitors, who made more than 2.7 million visits in two months.
• The peak was reached on 14 April, when the site had almost 23,000 visitors.
• Intreb BT has a new design.

Intreb BT was launched in 2014 and is the largest financial education program of Banca Transilvania.
