The BT Basarabia agency, located in Bucharest, on Basarabia 110, bl. L8, sector 2, is from now on intended especially for customers with locomotor, sight and hearing impairments. It is the first bank branch in Romania with such an addressability.

Until now a standard BT agency, it has been adapted to facilitate access to products, services and operations through design and features.

BT Basarabia Agency has the following facilities:

• ATM at the optimal height
• Tactile mat marking access to the bench
• Access the Voices for Hands program, which allows communication with interpreters who help hearing-impaired people.
