BT awarded for investor relations

Banca Transilvania received two awards for best practices in investor relations and ESG communication, at the gala organised by the Romanian Association for Investor Relations (ARIR):

• Best Company in Investor Relations
• Rising Star in ESG 

The awards took into account the votes of institutional and individual investors, active on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, who noted examples of transparency, communication with investors and corporate governance among listed companies.

The Gala marked five years of ARIR activity and was held on 23 November 2023, in Bucharest. Banca Transilvania was represented by Aurel Bernat - Executive Director Financial Institutions and Investor Relations and Diana Mazurchievici - Director ESG and Investor Relations.

ARIR was founded in 2018 by listed companies with listing potential, fund managers and IR professionals and currently has 40 members, including BT.
