In order to promote diversity and inclusion in the Romanian business environment, Banca Transilvania became a member of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce for Diversity in June 2024.

Organized along the lines of a business chamber of commerce, it aims, together with its nearly 30 corporate members, to support these principles and the businesses for which diversity and inclusion add value. The Chamber of Commerce for Diversity organizes trainings, networking sessions, workshops, studies, reports and profile analysis.
