BT Capital Partners, the leader in Romania’s investment banking and brokerage market, has successfully completed the listing of Christian Tour (Christian ’76 Tour) on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), marking the debut of the first tourism operator on the BVB’s Regulated Market on June 22, 2026, under the ticker symbol TRIP.

The listing follows an initial public offering (IPO) in May 2026 worth 149 million lei (28.4 million euros), with a subscription rate of 121%.

The listing of Christian Tour marks the culmination of a landmark transaction for the Romanian capital market, given the issuer’s profile, the innovative structure of the offering, and the contextual challenges the company successfully overcame to present this opportunity to future shareholders.
