BT Asset Management SAI (BTAM) has reached 450,000 investors and reached the historic milestone of RON 10 billion in assets under management, equivalent to about EUR 2 billion.
Almost 40% of the total transactions made by BTAM's clients targeted the fund replicating the structure of the ROTX index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, which confirms the growing appetite for investments correlated with the local capital market.
In 2025, almost 60% of people in Romania who took their first step into fund investing chose funds managed by BTAM. The community has grown significantly: the number of investors in BTAM funds is four times higher than in 2023.

BT Pay accelerates the entry into the investment world
- The simple and intuitive experience provided by the BT Pay app has accelerated customers' entry into the investment world and the increase in the number of investors in the funds managed by BT Asset Management.
- Approximately 235,000 people use BT Pay to invest in the funds managed by BTAM.
- 90% of transactions in the funds managed by BT Asset Management are carried out through the app.
- The minimum amount needed for a first investment is RON 50, EUR 25 or USD 25.

BT Asset Management noted the significant year-on-year increase in Romanians' interest in investing, especially in funds with a dynamic profile and in those that follow the Bucharest Stock Exchange indexes. The favorable market backdrop - marked by solid companies, many of them with a strategic role in energy and infrastructure - has made investing in equities an increasingly attractive option.
BTAM offers 14 funds in lei, euros, and dollars—from bonds and stocks to niche funds in agriculture, energy, real estate, and technology—with varying degrees of risk.
