Businesses can automatically issue and send e-Invoices to ANAF via BT Go

• The new functionality is a first in Romania for a banking application.

BT Go has a new functionality, a first for banking applications: automatic issuing and sending of e-invoices to ANAF. The facility helps entrepreneurs to comply with the Ro-eFactura legislation, according to which, as of January 2024, companies must issue e-invoices, which go directly to ANAF's virtual private space (SPV).

To integrate this functionality, Banca Transilvania chose to collaborate with i-Tom Solutions, the developer of the FGO platform, the most used invoicing and business management solution in Romania, with over 100,000 users at present.

In addition to the usual functionalities - payments, foreign exchange, cards - today we are launching e-invoicing and e-invoice automation. From 1 January, all companies will be obliged to use e-Invoices, not only for invoices issued to legal entities, but also for receiving e-Invoices from suppliers. FGO has fully automated the integration with e-Invoice. Once the SPV account is connected to FGO, the user can activate the automatic sending of e-Invoices to the SPV at the desired interval after issue. Thus, e-Invoices will be sent to the SPV without any further action from the user. We have a 100% success rate for uploading e-Invoices to SPV due to the automatic mechanism we have created for these situations. The FGO account also contains the status, the receipt from ANAF, as well as the e-Invoices received from suppliers, says Valeriu Filip, founder of FGO.

The functionality launched today is free of charge for one year from the moment you subscribe to GO e-Invoice.

• Transfer money between own accounts and to business partners;
• View transactions and generate statements;
• Issuing, paying invoices and sending them automatically to ANAF;
