BT branches and agencies have returned to their 5 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. opening hours. The bank continues to recommend online banking solutions

The BT network has returned to normal hours nationwide. The bank continues to encourage the use of online banking alternatives and to come to the bank only for urgent operations or if absolutely necessary, respecting security measures.

Bank branch and agency opening hours:  

• The opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.00 (branches) and from 9.00 to 17.30 (agencies), while the offices in shopping malls have their opening hours depending on the host location.
• The break for disinfection is from Monday to Friday, from 13.00 to 13.30.
• Details of the bank's network - address, contact details, opening hours - can be found on the BT website.
• Even the BT Italia branch is now open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

We maintain safety measures for customers coming to the bank:

• In branches and agencies, the number of customers must be equal to the number of BT employees;
• When entering the BT it is mandatory to wear a mask and to disinfect hands; the distance between customers and customers - employees must be at least 2 m; 
• Bank employees wear masks to protect themselves and others.
