BT Capital Partners brokered a private placement of bonds raising €3 million for SelfPay

Zebrapay S.A., the company that operates the SelfPay payment station network, has successfully closed a private placement of bonds raising €3 million, maturing in 2026, at an interest rate of 5.5%. SelfPay is the first fintech business to list bonds on the BVB's AeRO market.

BT Capital Partners (BTCP), the investment banking and capital markets division of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, was an Intermediary and Authorized Consultant.
