Banca Transilvania is again this year in the top of the Most Wanted Employers, conducted nationally by Catalyst Solutions. BT is ranked 11th, a position it holds in 2019. The study measures the attractiveness of employers in Romania and provides details about candidates' behaviour and expectations from companies.

Ranking details:

• It was based on a survey of almost 20,000 respondents from all over the country between February and May this year;
• Respondents are candidates with higher education (junior and experienced), business, IT&C, engineering, social sciences, medicine, pharmacy;
• Free, unassisted answers to the question which is the top 5 companies in Romania they would like to work for.

• Pleasant, friendly atmosphere
• Managers/leaders who encourage and support employee development
• It means a secure job
