BT has received a new recognition as an employer, this time international, with the Best Place to Work for certification in Romania. This is an international assessment program, carried out in over 100 countries worldwide.
The certification comes as a result of the results of an internal survey and a complex assessment of the bank, on the following criteria: leadership, employee involvement, compensation and benefits for employees, professional and personal development, team and team relations, BT's involvement in the community, human resources policies, and wellbeing - the well-being of employees. One of the most relevant results is the following: 82% of survey respondents believe that Banca Transilvania is one of the best places to work.
As Banca Transilvania has grown as a business, so has the care for its employees. We aim to keep this as a focus of the way we grow our business. Yes, we have colleagues at Banca Transilvania, not FTEs (Full Time Equivalents), and we do our best to offer them a dynamic experience, with the aim of personal and professional development, encouraging them to achieve sustained performance for our customers on the one hand, and to learn from their successes and failures on the other. Another of our goals is for both Banca Transilvania and our colleagues to have a positive impact in the community.
