26 of the 30 participants in the most recent BT internship program remained in the bank's team

The most recent internship program at Banca Transilvania was successful: 26 out of 30 participants were hired at BT, in the Digital Banking and IT area.

The internship took place from 1 to 30 September this year, at the BT Head Office and was addressed to those who are studying at university or master's degree in technical, mathematics-computing and economic informatics, as well as to people who attended informal IT schools.

There were over 300 applications, from which 30 people were selected for internships, who had the opportunity to learn from experienced BT teams about technologies such as .NET, PHP, JAVA, REACT, DEVOPS, QA Automation, QA Manual, RPA & chatbots and iOS.

The programme was organised to facilitate young people's participation in practical learning programmes and integration into the labour market in fields with potential. For the bank, internship and traineeship programmes for students are part of its commitment to responsible growth through investment in education and training of the next generation.
