Over 7,000 BT employees will be able to interact naturally with artificial intelligence, through guided or natural conversations, using NLP (Natural Language Processing), thus finding support in everyday activity.

BT wants to use the advantages of artificial intelligence including for its team, after launching, for the first time in the communication of banks in Romania, two chatbots to provide online information to its individual customers and companies, Livia and Raul.

In collaboration with UiPath, Banca Transilvania has automated so far, starting with June 2017, several processes in different business areas, such as: accounting, audit, compliance, call center, human resources, etc. "In the case of one of the first automated processes using the UiPath platform, we managed to reduce the average execution time from 10 minutes (with human user) - to 12 seconds (with robot), for an activity that is executed about 500 times a day by colleagues. From the need to interact directly with robots was born the collaboration with Druid, a company specialized in the construction of chatbots.
