Banca Transilvania, in the top 50 most desired employers in Romania

Banca Transilvania is on the 32nd place in the Top of the most desired employers in Romania. Among the Romanian employers, BT is on the 2nd place in the same ranking.

The study, at its 12th edition, was conducted by Catalyst Solutions between March and May this year, with the help of over 11,000 respondents from all over the country – people with work experience or juniors or students. It measures the attractiveness of companies, as an employer brand, as well as the expectations that people who want to work for them have.  

Details of the study results:

• The criteria for which people choose their favorite company: pleasant working environment, salary and benefit package, job security, professional growth possibilities and training programs
• Communication channels through which candidates for a job are informed about the employer: job platforms, recommendations from friends and colleagues and company websites
• Almost 60% of people prefer a job that helps them develop more professional skills through development programs

In October 2016, BT is in a similar ranking, Top 10 most desired employers among students, conducted by Universum Student Research and published by Ziarul Financiar. The estanticon included over 10,000 stundents from 46 units.

For 1,600 of the over 7,000 people in the Transilvania Bank team, BT is the first job.
