You're in college or grad school and you've just started classes again. It being October, the schedule has somewhat returned to normal with the first classes and meetings with friends. But ... you want something more: to be already on your feet, as you learned at home, when you decided to study in Cluj. Maybe you're from Cluj and the decision was easier, maybe you came to Cluj with your visa in your pocket to study.

Or maybe you've recently finished college, your master's degree and it's that time when ..., yeah, and you want to do it yourself. Still with dreams in your pocket.

What are you doing on October 24th or 25th?

Take the dream with you and say "present" at the Career Fair, at the Multipurpose Hall in Cluj, on Tuesday or Wednesday, October 24 (10 am - 7 pm) or October 25 (10 am - 4 pm), when you can. Come to BT Corner!

Banking with zamBT

Here are some examples of entry level jobs we have at our bank, which we are happy to talk to you about at the Career Fair: account administrator, customer relationship manager, junior auditor or junior business analyst. We are a good fit if you feel well prepared (in all respects :)), are open to new things, have team spirit and perseverance, are results-oriented, have the ability to analyse, synthesise and work. You will definitely attract our attention if you are excited about working at BT and if you have a passion for banking :).

BT Journey, internship with zamBT

If you like the idea of participating in an internship program more, you are a final year college student or a master's student or a recent graduate, a good idea is BT Journey. And we'll tell you more about it at the Careers Fair. You get a plus (from us :)) if you are already involved in various activities, such as student organisations or volunteering.

Let's tell you a bit about BT Journey, the internship programme we are organising this autumn, basically in November. It means a month spent at our bank, about 4 hours/day, meaning both hours "in the classroom", but also practice in our agencies and branches or in our Head Office. It depends on your specialisation and what you want. It is also an opportunity to meet our colleagues, including top management, and learn directly from them what banking is and what it is like to work at Banca Transilvania. And, for extra encouragement, we can tell you that of the 20 participants who attended the BT Journey in May this year, almost 70% are now our colleagues.

Coming to the Career Fair you will meet two of our colleagues, Dorada Gliga and Andra Cocioc.Dorada has been with the BT team for 11 years, 3 of which were in the Human Resources team. Specialising in Management and HR, she believes that every meeting with a person who wants to join BT is a learning opportunity for her. She enjoys both communicating and listening. She believes that to succeed in your career you need passion, patience and perseverance. Andra started her "journey" in BT a year ago, with her participation in the BT Journey internship program, which brought her the opportunity to work in the HR team of the bank. She specialises in Economics of Commerce, Tourism and Services and, as she tells us, she always comes and leaves the bank with zamBT.

Let us tell you a few words about the BT team precisely because, first of all, Banca Transilvania means people. There are over 7,000 of us in the team. And young, and experienced because the average age is 34. For about 1,600 colleagues, our bank is their first place of work. Would you like to be colleagues, what do you say?

If you can't make it to the Career Fair, it doesn't mean it's your unlucky season. We know - because we were students once :) - classes, rain outside, a long weekend somewhere, especially if you are not from Cluj.
