BT Visual Help, a new digital method for card management

When you don't like to talk on the phone, but you want to help you manage BT cards more easily, we have a quick solution: BT Visual Help 

What does BT Visual Help help you with?

  • temporary or permanent blocking of cards
  • reissue the card after the permanent lock
  • changing card transaction limits
  • account details - account name, currency, IBAN, balance, number of STAR points for credit card accounts
  • transaction history on each account, in the last 3 days
  • details of installment transactions for credit cards
  • details of blocked amounts
  • details regarding the payment obligations on the credit card (minimum turnover, maximum turnover, deposited amount, due date, number of delays)

 

How does BT Visual Help work? 

  1. Contact by phone the BT Call Center: 0264 308 028
  2. Then select the BT Visual Help option
  3. You receive an SMS with a link that you must access
  4. Login
  5. Then follow the steps for the desired action

 

What do you need to access BT Visual Help?

  • A smartphone with internet access and a mobile number registered in the bank's systems.

 

It's easy to have a help directly on your phone.
