Award for BT Pay: Best UX in Remote Lending

The BT Pay application received the Best UX in Remote Lending award for its 100% online Overdraft functionality at the Future Banking 2022 gala, organized by the wall-steet.ro publication.

The award-winning functionality means the possibility to obtain and access through BT Pay, in about 5 minutes, a reserve of money in the form of an overdraft on the debit card. The credit line is available for use on the debit card immediately after the completion of the flow. Thus, customers have at their disposal a completely digital experience, from applying for overdraft, accessing it, to viewing the details of the credit line, the interest, the value used, the transactions made, to the payment with the phone and to the debit card to which the overdraft is attached.

Wall-Street annually awards the best digital products and services in the financial and banking field, taking into account functionalities, impact and contribution to the positive customer experience. This year there were nearly 50 nominations for 10 award categories.

Over 2 million people use BT Pay for everyday banking. Every second card issued by Banca Transilvania is in digital format, enrolled in the application. On average, with the help of BT Pay, 250,000 phone payments and 100,000 money transfers take place daily.
