Banca Transilvania announces the first services for Idea::Bank clients, the newest company in the BT Group

Banca Transilvania announces the first services available for Idea::Bank customers, as well as the launch of a microsite with useful information.

The integration of Idea::Bank into the BT Financial Group is ongoing until June 13th.c., when the assignment to Banca Transilvania of the contracts concluded by Idea::Bank with its clients will be completed.

Services of Banca Transilvania for Idea::Bank clients, valid from April 18th a.c.:

• Using BT ATMs: all Idea::Bank customers can use the cards at Banca Transilvania's ATMs in the same cost conditions as those from Idea::Bank.
  
  
• Payment of installments at Banca Transilvania: Idea::Bank customers can pay the installments related to the loans from Idea::Bank including in the BT offices, as well as through self-banking, at the BT Express devices, based on the bar code on the related documents generated by Idea::Bank.

In a next stage, starting with May 10th.c., Idea::Bank customers will receive by e-mail and/or post a personalized information on all the products and services that Banca Transilvania offers, as a result of the assignment of contracts, equivalent to those from Idea::Bank.

Starting with June 14th.c., Idea::Bank customers who become BT customers will be able to access products and services exclusively through Banca Transilvania.

BT announced in October 2021 the purchase of the entire package of shares within Idea::Bank, Idea::Leasing and Idea::Insurance Broker, being the third bank acquisition made by Banca Transilvania. Idea::Bank will remain a legal entity, part of the BT Financial Group, will have a new brand and will become a digital hub where online banking solutions will be developed.
