⠀You select the reason for the contestation and you are aware of all the aspects, in order to be well informed at all times.

In this situation you have several options:

⠀You ask for it to be issued online:

⠀either from the BT24 Internet Bankingplatform;

⠀be from the BT24 Mobile Banking app.

⠀You come with your IDENTITY card in any of the BT units and ask for a new one;

In other words, it is the amount you pay to those who offer you insurance (the insurance company) in exchange for the obligation to pay compensation in case of one of the events against which you have insured yourself.  👍

To install BT Pay and enjoy everything the app has to offer, you need to:

⠀You have a smartphone with a minimum version of the operating system: Android – 7.0 or iOS – 13.0, and the job is half done!

⠀You own one or more BT cards, registered in the app;

⠀Download BT Pay from Google Play, Huawei App Gallery or App Store;

⠀Be connected to the internet;

⠀Te ensure that you have a valid phone number registered in BT records when opening the business relationship with the bank. 😊

First of all, make sure you have neo BT service active.

You need to follow the steps below:

Step : When you first log in to NeoBT you need the login ID and password you use when you log in to BT24 Internet Banking;

Step : Enter the activation code received via SMS. Safe, check the first 2 digits of the code received by SMS and the first 2 digits of the activation / login screen. Are they the same? If they are not identical, do not add the code and call us at  0264 308 080;

Step : Define a new password for NeoBT Internet Banking. The password must contain a minimum of 8, a maximum of 32 characters, of which a special character must be required;

Step : You then define a PIN with which you log in to the mobile application;

Step : You log in to NeoBT Mobile Banking with the login ID and the ipn of the application;

Step : Enter the code received via SMS. Likewise, make sure that the first two digits are identical. If they are not identical, do not add the code and call us on 0264 308 080

Whether you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, you have several methods in which you can do it:

⠀Through the BT24 Mobile Banking application: from the "Home" menu the "Quick Options" section , access the "BT24 password exchange" section. 

⠀Through the BT24 Internet Bankingapplication:

access the"I forgot mypassword" section of the BT24 login page. You must write your first and last name, login ID* and CNP to make sure it's you yourself.

you get a temporary password that we advise you to enter manually not with copy / paste.

You still need to add the verification code and select "Change password" and then the job is super simple!

⠀And, of course, you can request the reissue of the password in any BT unit,free of charge and quickly.


You can change your password once every 24h.


*  In case you no longer know your login ID, keep in mind that it consists of   the CIF code,along with 2 initials: 

⠀the first is of your last name;

⠀and the following are the initials of your first name.

We will issue you a free bank statement for the previous months. For the current month it costs you 1 RON, and for duplicates the cost is 3 RON / duplicate.  🙂

You can request it for free,from the BT Visual Helpapplication, by calling the number 0264 308 000. 

Then access the link received by SMS and, from the main menu, select the section"Request extract".  😉

What is the IBAN?

The IBAN is the unique code used internationally to identify a customer's account, opened at a commercial bank.  🔐

The IBAN code is taken from English and is the abbreviation of "International Bank Account Number".


How can I find out the IBAN code?

You can get the IBAN code simply and quickly through the following ways:

⠀Through the BT Paybank wallet

access the application and select the card corresponding to the account for which you want to find out the IBAN;

press the "Settings" button (it's in the upper right, symbolized by ⚙)and then the"Card details"option. 

Once you go through the previous steps, you will have displayed the IBAN in the last row.

⠀By BT Visual Help

call 0264 308 000 from the phone number registered with the bank and access the link received by SMS;

then, to view the IBAN of your current and card accounts, access the "Accounts and Transactions" section of the main menu. 

Also from BT Visual Help you can download the list of IBANs (document that you present to certain institutions to collect amounts). 

To do this you have to select from the main menu "#bankingdeacasa" and then "Find out the list of your IBANS"..

Livia from BT sends you the IBAN of your current accounts and card accounts via SMS:

call 0264 308 028 and press the key 0;

create your account and then request your IBAN. 

With Livia from BT you can also interact on Facebook or Skype where you have to enter the CIF and otp code received by SMS for authentication, and then you can request the IBAN.

⠀Through the BT24 Internet Bankingplatform: 

 log in to the application with your data, and the IBAN code will be visible on the first page of it, next to your card / cards, under the text "My accounts".

⠀With the help of the BT 24 Mobile Bankingplatform: 

log in to the application with your data or fingerprint, and the IBAN code will be displayed on the first page ("Home") next to your card / cards, under the welcome text.

⠀By Neo App

log in to the application with your data or fingerprint and select the account for which you want the IBAN;

then go to the "Details" section to view it.

⠀By Neo Web:

log in to the application with your data and in the "Accounts" section you will view the IBANs of your current accounts.

⠀By e-mail:

come with the original identity card to a BT unit and request the list of IBOs or a statement of account.
