First on the market: at Banca Transilvania you can apply online for APIA loans

Banca Transilvania launches the option to apply online for the APIA credit granted to BT customers who are beneficiaries of subsidies, directly on the BT website. This completes the bank's offer of subsidy loans, along with other loans for farmers.

Depending on the client's choice, the entire credit flow - including the receipt of APIA statements and the signing of the credit contract - can be done online, without the need to go to the bank.

The APIA loan is an advance loan, which ensures the money needed for the current payments on the farm until the subsidy is received from APIA and is granted for up to 90% of the amount that a BT customer will receive.

Banca Transilvania has over 32,000 agribusiness clients. In 2021, BT granted 4,300 loans to support agriculture, worth RON 2.5 billion, of which over RON 500 million are APIA loans.
