Banca Transilvania launches an online research centre with free access to macroeconomic analysis

Banca Transilvania is launching an online research centre, where macroeconomic analysis reports are available, either directly on the website or by e-mail, on a subscription basis.

The reports present current macro-financial developments in Romania, the Eurozone, the US, the world economy, as well as short and medium-term outlooks and trends. Their production involves gathering information, processing it and summarising the results, presenting the factors that influence the behaviour of markets, sectors and the economy as a whole.

Through them, BT contributes to the financial education of the general public, helping to make more informed investment or consumption decisions. Since 2014, when the analysis service was launched, over 4,500 such reports have been produced.

Depending on the topic, the reports are as follows:

• BT Daily: summary of the main macro-financial developments in Romania, the Eurozone and the US;
• BT Monthly: summary of external and domestic macro-financial developments, respectively the updated central macroeconomic scenario on the Romanian economy;
• BT Macro Focus: analysis of the main indicators of the Romanian economy;
• BT Update: monthly analysis of the banking sector in Romania;
• BT Government securities: developments and prospects of the Romanian government securities market.
