Banca Transilvania announces the concept of Dialog Agencies, in order to facilitate direct communication with clients
  • Most BT Dialog agencies are in Bucharest (15) and Cluj-Napoca (6)
  • Approximately 10% of the bank's offices are for business consultancy

Banca Transilvania has almost 50 offices dedicated to business consultancy of clients, located in 19 localities in the country. Premium offices, they offer customers a new type of experience, as well as self-banking options.

"BT Dialog agencies are, first of all, a meeting place. There we have teams ready to have discussions with interested people about all the services, products and online banking solutions that we have. Thus, we capitalize on one of our strengths, very good relationships with customers", says Omer Tetik, General Manager, Banca Transilvania.


BT Dialog Agencies:

  • They are found in the following cities: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Iasi, Timisoara, Brasov, Sibiu, Oradea, Suceava, Craiova, Pitesti, Targu-Mures, Ploiesti, Galati, Baia Mare, Bacau, Alba Iulia, Arad and Falticeni.
  • Their schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 - 17:00, with a break between 13:00 and 13:30. Customers who wish, can schedule online the visit to the bank.
  • They are cashless, without cashiers, where only certain cash operations can be performed, exclusively at BT Express Plus and at the ATM.


The NPS (Net Promoter Score) of BT Dialog Agencies is higher than the bank's average in the first half of the year, namely over 83%.

Banca Transilvania has over 500 offices in 180 localities. They can be evaluated online, through rating and review on the BT/Network units website. 82% of BT clients use at least one application for remote banking.
